Independent Dumpster Rental offers an array of durable, steel roll-off dumpsters and portable toilets to meet all your construction jobsite needs. Dumpsters are available in multiple sizes, giving you enough room to fit all of your construction waste needs. Portable toilets are a must to any work site because it gives your workers a safe, sanitary place to use the bathroom on-site so they can do their business and get right back to work. Portable toilets can also be used for a large variety of public and private events, including festivals, school functions, and parties.
Customers can choose from four different sizes of roll-off dumpsters and two portable toilet sizes. Dumpsters are available in the following sizes: 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard. Roll-off dumpsters are swapped for empty ones as soon as they start getting full. Just let us know when you see debris starting to approach the container’s fill line, and our workers will be over as soon as possible to make the swap. During a swap, workers will bring you an empty roll-off so you can get right back to filling it with construction debris. We remove the filled roll-off and dispose of its contents at the nearest landfill or other proper waste disposal facility.
15 YARD
Our 15-yard roll-off is the smallest sized dumpster we offer. It measures 14 feet long, 5 feet tall, and 8 feet deep. It can hold up to about 5 to 7 pickup truck loads full of debris. This container is perfect for small jobs like small home remodels or renovations. This sized dumpster is great for projects at residential sites where there is not much driveway space to move around and set a roll-off dumpster at.
20 YARD
Our 20-yard roll-off dumpster measures 14 feet long, 6 feet tall, and 8 feet deep. It can hold up to about 7 to 9 pickup truck loads full of debris. This container is ideal for handling the average sized commercial or residential construction project. Suggested projects for this size include shed renovations, home renovations and small business remodels. This sized dumpster is great for projects at residential sites where there is not much driveway space to move around and set a roll-off dumpster at.
30 YARD
Our 30-yard roll-off dumpster measures 22 feet long, 6 feet tall, and 8 feet deep. It can hold up to about 10 to 12 pickup truck loads full of debris. This container is great for handling commercial and residential construction debris from projects, such as major construction, semi-large home remodels and landscaping.
40 YARD
Our 40-yard roll-off dumpster is the largest dumpster we offer. This massive container is perfect for handling all sorts of heavy commercial debris from projects, such as remodeling, constructing or demolishing a large building. It measures an impressive 21 feet long, 8 feet tall, and 8 feet wide. This dumpster can hold up to about 12 to 14 pickup truck loads full of debris. This dumpster is reserved exclusively for commercial use.

Pick Up And Disposal
If you need a clean-out throughout your project you can easily give us a ring. When your project is all done the pickup crew will pick up the full dumpster or toilet and dispose of the debris properly so you don’t have to.

RESIDENTIAL

PORTABLE TOILETS
In addition to our great dumpsters, the portable toilets we offer are always clean and great for any work or leisure event. Our rental process includes drop-off and pick-up of products, roll-off dumpster swapping, portable toilet servicing, and proper disposal of waste.
Products arrive ready for use. Portable toilets are typically serviced once a week, unless otherwise specified. During a service visit, workers will pump out mess inside the toilet, sanitize the temporary bathroom facility, and restock supplies, which includes two large rolls of toilet paper and toilet bowl cleanser.
Whether you have a small residential remodel being planned or demolishing a whole commercial building, our portable toilets are ready and available to rent to help you get your small or large scale projects completed.

Handwashing Stations are also available for rental along with our portable toilets in multiple options.
- Small Hand Wash Stations – This station includes four hand sanitizing stations on each side. It is very easy to move about wherever it may be needed.
- Large Hand Wash Stations – This station is a bit heftier and equipped with a sink, soap dispenser and a foot pump to wash your hands.
FAQS
- Dumpster fires can be an inconvenience or worse – dangerous. And, while dumpster fires are not common, they can happen, especially if people are careless around them.
- To minimize the risk of a dumpster fire breaking out, make sure workers are aware that flammable and explosive items should never be thrown into any kind of waste removal container. (This is why we have made these items prohibited in add in extra fee for those who do not follow it because it is dangerous). We also ask that you make sure workers aware that they should never smoke in the direct vicinity of a roll off dumpster. A partially lit cigarette flipped off into the dumpster can cause it to ignite.
- In the case that a dumpster fire does break out, we suggest that you minimize the risk of a dumpster fire spreading by making sure no materials or leaned up against it and the roll off dumpster is not directly next to a building.

- Being prepared for renting a roll-off dumpster is as simple as knowing what project you need a dumpster for and how much space you have for a dumpster to be placed at the project’s worksite. If you know these two things, you will be able to get your roll-off dumpster reserved quickly and smoothly. The sooner the roll-off dumpster is reserved, the sooner it gets delivered and you can get to work, disposing of all your construction debris into the container.
- Lever Style Lock
- First, unhook the latch safety pin to remove the safety chain. Next, raise the lever and open the door. Finally, securely attach the safety chain from the door to the side of the dumpster.
- Ratchet Style Lock
- First, unhook the safety chain. Next, flip the ratchet’s switch. Then, loosen the ratchet and detach the chain. Finally, pull the door open. Don’t forget to use the safety chain to safely secure the door to the other side of the dumpster.
- Once your roll-off dumpster has been reserved, you are ready to start preparing for delivery day.
- Preparation is simple. Just clear off the site of where you want our workers to drop off your roll-off dumpster, and you are ready to go!
- Remember you will need to have cleared off a hard, flat surface large enough for at least the footprint of the roll-off dumpster, as well as the area leading up to it from the street. The 15-yard and 30-yard roll-off dumpsters have 14 x 8 feet footprints. The 30-yard and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters have 22 x 8 feet footprints. Because of the way our workers drop off 40-yard roll-off dumpsters, we recommend you have at least twice that amount cleared off if you are renting this sized container.
- On delivery day, our workers will bring your reserved roll-off dumpster at the time and place according to your reservation’s specifications.
- You do not need to be present when your rental container is delivered. And, our workers can call you once the product has been placed at the site. Just let us know you would like us to do so.
